Does anyone use 11 labs conversational AI agent builder instead of retell/Vapi?

It looks pretty good and sounds great so I’m thinking of starting to use it. The builder looks pretty similar to retell. I haven’t tried integrating any custom tool automations from Make into the platform yet so I don’t know how well that’s gonna work.

I wonder why I don’t hear people talking about using this instead of retell/vapi - the builder on 11 labs looks pretty similar and should work the same. And obviously it sounds amazing since it uses it’s native voices.

Why do people only talk about using 11 labs as the voice provider but not the actual builder itself?
