Client Onboarding Automation: How Would You Tackle This?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently building a client onboarding workflow for a digital marketing agency, and I’d love to get your insights.

Here’s the progress I’ve made so far:

Webhook trigger (connected to a form submission)
Store data in SQL database
Generate an AI-based summary
Send a welcome email to the client
Wait for a specific duration
Fetch data from the SQL database to check if the client has completed onboarding
Send a follow-up email if they haven’t

I'm aiming to make this as close to an industry-standard setup as possible. If you've built something similar or have experience in client onboarding automation, I’d really appreciate hearing how you approached it, what tools or practices helped, and what pitfalls to avoid.
