Check Availability error in Make

I believe to have a DateTo and DateFrom issue in make not sure how to resolve this. When I hard code the request fir dates into the url I get a success return value.

However when I use the make app with the configuration below it fails . Not sure why make is not using the DateTo/DateFrom fields in in the query string fields .

Any thoughts on the issue?
