are these still issues?
ChatDash issues
- Pushed an update without notice that broke all analytics for existing chatbots
- The update forces you to use ChatDash's own chat widget which has limited customization and compatibility with VoiceFlow functionality
VoiceGlow issues
- Changed pricing model to charge for every website visit, even if the user doesn't interact with the bot, significantly increasing costs
- Hosting VoiceGlow scripts yourself to avoid extra charges means losing access to updates
