Call people on form submission? How?

How can I call people on Form submisison.

There is a form on my website and immediately when people click on submit, i want to call them.

How can I implement this ? Is there a tutorial.

Best way, would be honestly without using zapier/make.com , but if zapier/make.com is only option than its also okay
