Best database method?

Hey guys, I've got a few skin clinics as AI receptionist clients. I currently have their services and associated prices in a table in CSV format as a database in Retell. I've added a few supporting prompts to guide the AI on how to pick out the right price too. However, it still seems to hallucinate and respond with incorrect prices like 5% of the time. Should I be doing anything else? Or is there a better way to configure my database to ensure maximum accuracy? Thanks!
