AI Voice agent does not understand OrderID from shopify

HI,

I am using Vapi to build voice agents, but my agent does not recognize orderID from Shopify. it

always ends up missing some digit, even though i tell it specifically, how it should be. (length, only digits)

I am building a 24/7 AI Voice customer support and people call to ask about their Order information the most.

How can I fix this?

Anyone has experience with it
