AI Chatbots For Car Dealerships A Good Idea?

Hello everyone, i'm brand new to AAA and want to try to get started making some sort of chatbot, i have previous experience working at a car dealership and understand the industry quite well, i was wondering if chatbots could be of good use to these car dealership owners?

I can imagine it like:

Chatbot pops up on website

Greets customers, asks them why they are here

Understands they are look for specific car, or may need help looking for a car

Points them in the right direction, shows them available cars,

Books customer in from this process, owner is notified there was a booking for a viewing made

Thats just a rough outlook how i imagine it, would like some feedback? Thanks
