Hey guys, I’ve got a hallucinating agent that isn’t retrieving data from its knowledge base correctly. For some context it’s an IV clinic. When I ask for a ‘drip’ recommendation it doesn’t consult the KB and just hallucinates. But if I further clarify I want an ‘iv drip’ only then does it consult the KB. I have a couple prompts clearly telling it to always consult the KB and that when users refer to a ‘drip’ they are interested in ‘iv drips’ but still no luck. Any recommendations?
