How many times has your campaign been rejected?
I'm currently on my 3rd rejection (via Twillo). In my mind, this is review/approval process is becoming ridiculous. I'm bascially proposing 3 SMS messages for each user on a low volume (less than 6K messages per day). I've adapted messages and descriptions as per the guidance each time. This is an on-going saga now for over 3 weeks. Will revise yet again and resubmit for a 4th review tomorrow.
