I’ve been cocooning over the holidays and taking a much-needed pause to rest, integrate, and listen.
Starting January 2nd, I’m opening a gentle, collective reset — not a challenge, not a detox, and not a forced “new year” program.
For 11 days (1/2–1/12), we’ll simply move together by focusing on:
- FREE nightly 9PM guided meditations
- Clean, simple foods (protein, vegetables, fruit)
- Gently reducing sugar and processed foods
This is about clarity, calm, and connection.
A soft turning inward. A way to feel a little lighter, more present, and supported — together.
