WIN EVERYDAY !!
In sales, rejection isn’t a setback—it’s the job. In this industry, we say we get paid for the no’s we take, because every one of them moves us closer to the next yes. People always ask how we stay optimistic, and the truth is it’s not about ignoring rejection, it’s about stacking wins. I’ve learned to count every win — even the small wins. Whether it’s knocking out push-ups off the first thing in the morning , leaving my house with urgency and fully prepared, or even the return of your favorite TV show, it all counts. Those small moments of “good job” create momentum. And in a game where attitude is everything, that momentum is what carries you through the no’s and sets you up to hit your goals for the day.
From Athlete to Manager in 14 Weeks
Meet Osman. Former college and semi-pro soccer player who took that same mentality into sales and didn’t ease into it. He set the tone from day one. Within his first week he was already helping train others. By week 14 he had stepped into management. This is what it looks like when someone treats this like a performance environment, not just a job. If you bring the right mindset, progression isn’t slow. It’s earned.

Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance
Sunday planning isn’t just about making a to-do list—it’s about giving your future self a real advantage. A little time spent today organizing priorities, scheduling your week, and preparing mentally can make the next 7 days smoother, more focused, and far more effective than going in with no plan at all. Win the week before it starts!

We don't do "team bonding"
We compete. Last night was a 5K to the Rocky steps. No shortcuts. No excuses. Some people found another gear. Some people found their limits. Either way — you get better or you get exposed. That’s the point.
