From Athlete to Manager in 14 Weeks
Meet Osman. Former college and semi-pro soccer player who took that same mentality into sales and didn’t ease into it. He set the tone from day one. Within his first week he was already helping train others. By week 14 he had stepped into management. This is what it looks like when someone treats this like a performance environment, not just a job. If you bring the right mindset, progression isn’t slow. It’s earned.

Attention High Rollers ‼️
For those getting the biggest results from this system, what part of the process (prospecting, follow-up, closing, mindset, etc.) produced the highest ROI when mastered? How are top performers here implementing this system daily? What are non-negotiable habits or routines to maximize results?

If we’re talking broad, macro level stuff then yes it’s habits and enthusiasm 100% If we’re talking micro, specific stuff then it’s taking control (assumptive language, closed questions etc) and closing on action. Dead space = dead sale
Play to the final whistle
Most people mentally check out by Friday. That’s why Friday and Saturday are where you can actually pull away. If you’ve already hit your goal this week, don’t just cruise. Push it. See how far you can take it while you’ve got momentum. If you’re on track, keep your foot on it. This isn’t the time to ease up. If you’re behind, something has to change. More conversations, better energy, tighter pitch. Sitting in the same pattern won’t fix it. The week isn’t over until it’s over. This is where people either separate themselves or blend in. Drop your target for the next 48 hours and what you’re going to change to make sure you hit it.

Credit Card Machines
I’ve run into something new that someone here might be able to help with — what do you recommend to a business owner who has a credit card machine that works through a phone line?

Good question and this comes up a lot. If their POS truly runs through a phone line, you do not want to tell them you can replace that with a cellular line. It is not the same thing and can cause issues. The key is to separate it. “That phone line is only for the terminal. It doesn’t affect your internet or your business lines. We can upgrade everything else without touching that.” Most businesses either keep that line for now or upgrade their terminal later to run on internet or cellular. Either way it should not stop them from moving forward today. Do not let this turn into a full system overhaul. Solve what you are there to solve and keep the deal moving.
