Compliments
I have had a lot of customers in the field having a very bad day and when I first started I took it a bit personal, what the field taught me that it’s not about me, we take no’s professionally and what I started doing is complimenting customers a lot more, making their day, leave them better than when I walked in the first time and the cherry on top is I got the sale. People love compliments and someone making them feel better about themselves.
