LOA Explained: Control Your Results
The difference between an amateur and a professional in sales comes down to how they view the Law of Averages. Amateurs tend to fixate on results, how many sales they closed and if the numbers aren’t where they want, they assume they’re failing. Professionals, however, focus on the details. They ask: where exactly do I need to improve? What part of my process is dropping off? Instead of obsessing over the end sale, they focus on work ethic and volume, how many people are they consistently seeing, where do the numbers drop, and how can they adjust. The biggest mistake is focusing on outcomes rather than the process. Once you control your activity, the Law of Averages will take care of the rest.

Amazingly explained!
Choose who you talk to carefully
Choosing who you talk to will determine how far and fast you are going to progress. Obviously if I want to ask questions and get actual knowledge I have to speak to someone who have done it before, someone that knows exactly how to do it, someone who earned their position by their outstanding performance.

Attention High Rollers ‼️
For those getting the biggest results from this system, what part of the process (prospecting, follow-up, closing, mindset, etc.) produced the highest ROI when mastered? How are top performers here implementing this system daily? What are non-negotiable habits or routines to maximize results?

I second what Michele said, habits are very important for any success and your morning is the most imporant part as it sets the pace. Weekly and daily planning is what helped me out as I am not lost on what to do but I have a clear path and expectations for how the week is going to be!
WIN EVERYDAY !!
In sales, rejection isn’t a setback—it’s the job. In this industry, we say we get paid for the no’s we take, because every one of them moves us closer to the next yes. People always ask how we stay optimistic, and the truth is it’s not about ignoring rejection, it’s about stacking wins. I’ve learned to count every win — even the small wins. Whether it’s knocking out push-ups off the first thing in the morning , leaving my house with urgency and fully prepared, or even the return of your favorite TV show, it all counts. Those small moments of “good job” create momentum. And in a game where attitude is everything, that momentum is what carries you through the no’s and sets you up to hit your goals for the day.

Every no gets us closer to a win 💪🏼
Sales Lessons from the Week
First week doing B2C with Hellofresh and here’s what I learned. The people who actually stopped to talk weren’t necessarily interested in HelloFresh they were talking about being tired, busy, or not knowing what to make for dinner. Had nothing to do with the product. The best conversations didn’t feel like selling at all just asking a couple questions and letting them talk. Once you hear the real problem the pitch basically writes itself Simple shift talk less & ask more curious what everyone else learned this week!
