WIN EVERYDAY !!
In sales, rejection isn’t a setback—it’s the job. In this industry, we say we get paid for the no’s we take, because every one of them moves us closer to the next yes. People always ask how we stay optimistic, and the truth is it’s not about ignoring rejection, it’s about stacking wins. I’ve learned to count every win — even the small wins. Whether it’s knocking out push-ups off the first thing in the morning , leaving my house with urgency and fully prepared, or even the return of your favorite TV show, it all counts. Those small moments of “good job” create momentum. And in a game where attitude is everything, that momentum is what carries you through the no’s and sets you up to hit your goals for the day.

All about those small moments! 🙌
Credit Card Machines
I’ve run into something new that someone here might be able to help with — what do you recommend to a business owner who has a credit card machine that works through a phone line?

Discipline Wins. Every Time
Most people think getting good at sales is about talent, confidence, or saying the perfect thing. It’s not. It’s discipline. Turning up when you don’t feel like it.Running the reps when it’s quiet. Sticking to the structure when you’ve just been rejected five times in a row. Anyone can be “on” for an hour. Very few can stay consistent for weeks. That’s the difference. Discipline is what builds skill.Skill is what builds confidence.Confidence is what closes deals. Not the other way round. If you’re waiting to feel motivated, you’re already behind. The best reps don’t rely on motivation. They rely on standards. Set your numbers. See the volume of customers you need. Stick to your script. Track your results. Do it again tomorrow. Getting good at sales isn’t exciting. It’s repetitive. It’s uncomfortable. It’s controlled. And if you can stay disciplined long enough, you separate. What are your non-negotiables this week? Drop them below

Instead of dwelling on a bad day, I immediately network with a few people so that I know what needs to change for the next day. It’s the discipline to not let a bad day drag down the entire week that has helped me grow.
INTRO
Good morning! My name is Luis Jaramillo. I’m based in New York City, currently building within the face-to-face direct marketing space. My priority is learning how to develop and build SOPs to train people in sales at a high level, in a way that will scale, based on systems not based on personality. My ultimate goal is to systematize this process to a level of a licensing-style, plug-and-play model - where sales and leadership skills are scalable.
