Isometric sequences can help improve strength
Sometimes you can't get to the gym, or maybe you're injured, or maybe you just want to do something a bit different. - I hear that Strength training is hard, scary and takes ages to see results. Recent studies in rehabilitation have shown that adding Isometric holds to your plan can help increase strength in both the injured and non injured side - this is is brilliant for newbies too.
