Against the odds, I ran for a political office and won.
While in office, I have consistently spoke out against the status quo.
While in office, I have fought for what is right. Over the last decade, this has lead to respect from my peers, as the established politicians fought against any progressive change. It has taken time, but they have stopped fighting against me, due to my refusal to give in.
