THURSDAY...Don’t wait for Monday to start.
Don’t wait for the perfect morning.
The perfect mood.
The perfect amount of sleep.
The perfect energy.
The perfect version of yourself.
The days that truly count are often the days when it is not perfect.
The days when resistance shows up.
The days when willpower is required.
The days when the old pattern says: “Not today.”
“I’m too tired.”
“I already failed.”
“I’ll start again next week.”
“I need to do it perfectly or not at all.”
That is the moment to pause.
Not to push. Not to shame yourself. Not to force your body into discipline.
But to listen.

Is this an old pattern speaking?
Is this my nervous system protecting me?
Is my body asking for rest, or is it asking for one tiny step?
What do I need to get the wheels rolling today?
Maybe the practice is not one hour. Maybe it is five minutes. Maybe it is one breath. Maybe it is standing up, feeling your feet, softening your jaw, and choosing one small action.
Progress is not built only on the days when everything feels easy.
It is built on the days when you choose to stay in a relationship with yourself.
Not by pushing harder. But by listening deeper.
So today, don’t wait for Monday.
Begin with the smallest honest step your body can say yes to.
