Not the kind that feels heavy.
Not the kind that says,
“Everything is your fault.”
Not the kind that creates shame.
I am talking about the kind of responsibility that gives your power back.
Because there is a difference between blaming yourself and owning your choices.
Blame freezes the body.
It says:
“I failed.”
“I am behind.”
“I should have known better.”
“What is wrong with me?”
Responsibility breathes differently.
It says:
“Now that I can see this pattern, what choice is available?”
“Now that I know this drains me, what boundary do I need?”
“Now that I understand my body is overwhelmed, what support can I create?”
“Now that I see the old loop, what is the next small action?”
Responsibility is not punishment.
It is participation.
It is the moment you stop waiting for the perfect mood, the perfect timing, the perfect apology, the perfect energy.
