Many people only breathe into the front of the chest.
But the lungs are also in the back of your ribs.
So today, bring your attention to:
👉The back of your ribs
👉The sides of your ribs
👉Your shoulders gently rising and falling
👉Your pelvic floor expanding and softening as you inhale
👉Your pelvic floor gently lifting as you exhale
👉 Try this for 3–5 minutes:
Inhale through the nose
Feel the ribs expand:
FrontSideBack
Exhale slowly
Feel the ribs soften
Feel the pelvic floor gently lift
Feel the shoulders drop
