I’ve just added a new gratitude practice to the community called Gratitude for What Carries You.
This one is for the days when gratitude doesn’t come easily — when you’re tired, emotionally full, or simply not in the mood to “look on the bright side.”
There’s no mindset work here. No reframing. No pressure to feel positive.
Instead, this is a slow, gentle practice that invites you to notice the quiet things that are already carrying you — your breath, your body, the ground beneath you, the supports that exist even when life feels heavy.
You don’t need to feel calm.
You don’t need to feel grateful.
You just need to arrive as you are.
This practice meets you there.
You might like to return to it in the evening, after a long day, or anytime you want to feel a little more held without having to try.
