I’ve just added a new course to the community called Gentle Meditations for the Moon Cycle.
This space is for those moments when the moon shifts — new moons, full moons, and eclipse seasons — and the nervous system needs steadiness rather than intensity.
These meditations aren’t about manifesting, releasing, or doing anything “right.”
They’re invitations to pause, listen, and rest with whatever the body is experiencing as the lunar cycle unfolds.
You’ll find practices that:
- support emotional and nervous system regulation
- honour sensitivity and energy changes
- meet the moon without pressure or expectation
You’re welcome to dip in whenever it feels supportive — whether that’s lying down, resting, or simply listening.
