Hooped today played some 4s and then 3s with a couple of my teammates for a rec league coming up. I'm in great cardiovascular shape but my game shot feels off. Felt way more in rhythm playing 3s. Met a wise man today that talked with me about hoops. Says i need a better attitude on defense. Also need to work on getting bodies on guys to box out and not go after the ball. Overall did decent but room for improvement. Ice also needed for my elbow lol.
