the best results take time as well!

My two basketball seasons start tomorrow. I'm coaching in the morning and then playing in my men's league that night. While i still want to perform well and train/study hard to do so I no longer get as nervous for games as I used to. Main reason being that no matter the results it's small compared to what life truly is about. And to me ever since i truly started accepted Jesus into my life I feel him as a security blanket no matter what I go through. The Bible says to treat our body as a temple and that is where fitness comes mainly into play for me now. Like my faith I have a long way to go to get in my fitness journey as well. I hope the Lord can help me get better with my weaknesses in both. I hope everyone has a blessed day.

Hooped today played some 4s and then 3s with a couple of my teammates for a rec league coming up. I'm in great cardiovascular shape but my game shot feels off. Felt way more in rhythm playing 3s. Met a wise man today that talked with me about hoops. Says i need a better attitude on defense. Also need to work on getting bodies on guys to box out and not go after the ball. Overall did decent but room for improvement. Ice also needed for my elbow lol.
