Let me say this : Many of you have been here for some time & yet if your income hasn’t moved, something in your approach hasn’t either. Not your intelligence Not your potential Your patterns! Shifting into a state of wanting to become light
I wanted to share a reflection from a Somatic and Energetic POV. Anns H.O.M.E method is an inspiring and supportive approach to cleaning, organising and designing our environments. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or a bit unsure of where to start here are some tips that might be supportive. - Nervous system regulation. If you are stuck in Freeze then it can be hard to generate energy to get started. Some gentle stretching, breathing and journaling on what you want to achieve can help you come into your body, move some energy and feel a bit more connected to the task. - Gratitude. Being in an energetic state of gratitude of everything you currently have, and where you are now, and then being excited & grateful for that which you get to do to feel even better about your environment can move us from lack into a lighter sense of frequency - Curiosity - its ok if you don't quite know all the steps, or even where you will end up. Be curious, and take it a little bit at a time. - Openness - when we are open from a place of love, and inspiration, we see more opportunity than from being closed off from fear. What change are you most open to now? Have a clean, organised, and well designed space that is suited to you and serves you is powerful positive psychology. it can really help us embody our ideal self. Perfectionism Procrastination
Does your desire to be perfect, actually stop from doing anything at all. Are you an all or nothing person. If you cant do an hours workout you dont bother, vs doing 20 mins. If you can't clean the whole house or room you dont clean anything. If you cant do a long walk, you don't get up? Do you tell yourself I'll start Monday with a whole new regime, and then quickly become overwhelmed. This is Perfectionism Procrastination. Its a trauma response and a Protector Part (if anyone wants a IFS - internal family session session just let me know, happy to do so) to stop us in our tracks when we are trying to move forward and hit our goals. Nothing is perfect thats not the goal, just starting, getting small goals done, and doing what you can, to the best of you ability at that time is fantastic. Break up things into achievable goals, celebrate each one you hit, and approach each task with a positive energy, stop when you need to. Self love and support, vs self nagging will get you further. Tx
