Performance enhancement after Open heart surgery

Hi all, I have been interested in performance enhancers for a while now.

I have had open heart surgery and now have a metal valve as well as having my ascending aorta replaced.

A couple years piror to surgery i did take Mk677, osterine and another bulking sarm when they first came out(not Rad 140).

Genuinely interested in becoming the strongest, best version of myself however I must be smart and aware in what and how I do things, to not kill myself accidentally 🤣🤣🤣

Do you have any experience with people who have a similar condition, as well as some kind of documented study on the interaction with medications like warfarin?

Any and all assistance of knowledgeable individuals is greatly appreciated.
