My 7-week Progress (natural)
Would like to share my 7-week body recomposition progress. No peptides, sarms or any other compounds. Just patience and hard work. So far I lost 4.7 kg., which puts me at 0.67 kg weight loss per week. This is just the beginning. The goal is to reach 70 kg - ripped. If you have any questions - feel free to ask.

time for some cardaine and test.. 😈 nice transfo, abs shining through and your shoulders have mass now. you already did the hard part so now its just keep losing fat and adding muscle tissue.

Primo
I want to use primo for my bulk this winter. I hear it is faked a lot these days. Does anyone have trustworthy sources?

don’t stress primo primo is easily 150-200 a bottle and that will last you a month a 40-50$ bottle of test you can run at 250 for 10 week or 500 for 5 weeks you do the math

@Chris Fitzpatrick knee issues 95% of the time come from ankle or hips the knee is a simple pivot function Dm me we can fix you up a protocol

@Meridith Leubner I wouldn’t immediately assume that you’re squatting wrong. You’ve had traumatic events happen to the knees, so there’s a lot more going on than just “lifting heavy” The fact that they’re getting twingy for a couple days after squats is the part I’d pay attention to.. probably a sign that your current training load is ahead of what they’re ready to tolerate. I wouldn’t dive too deep without knowing whether the meniscus/MCL injuries were actually assessed. I’d get that nailed down, then build your squat/running volume back up progressively rather than trying to force it
