Let's compare experiences.
For those running TRT, peptides, SARMs, or other enhancement protocols... What's the most annoying side effect you've had to solve? Sleep issues? Restless legs? Blood pressure fluctuations? Libido? Recovery? Something completely different? Comment below. Chances are someone else here has dealt with it too. I just uploaded a long-form discussion where we break down the science behind these issues and share the experiments we're running to improve them. Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wP3S13A821k Come back afterward and let us know what insight changed your perspective the most.
A thought for the biohacking community…
Many people spend thousands optimising their biology. Fewer spend time optimising the operating system that controls it. You can have the best supplements, wearables, biomarkers, and protocols in the world… But if your mindset repeatedly chooses stress, inconsistency, poor recovery, and self-sabotaging habits, your biology will eventually reflect those choices. After two decades working in human development and performance coaching, I’ve become convinced that the greatest biohack isn’t a molecule—it’s sustainable behavior. For me, human optimisation rests on four interconnected pillars: 🧠 Mindset 🧬 Biology ❤️ Behavior 🎯 Purpose When these four align, performance becomes sustainable rather than temporary. I’m curious… What has produced the biggest long-term improvement in your health—not just physically, but mentally and behaviourally? I’d love to learn from this community’s experience.

I agree that behavior matters, but I'd argue biology shapes behavior far more than most people realize. Neurotransmitters, hormones, inflammation, sleep quality, and energy metabolism all influence motivation, discipline, and resilience. The best results happen when better biology makes better habits easier to sustain. I'm actually covering topics like this on my first Skool community live. Would love to have you there so we can dive deeper into the science and have an open discussion.
Trying to get a good stack
I’m trying to find a good stack with the least amount of side effects. I trying to grow muscle I’m currently 170lbs

I'd keep it simple and start with the basics first. What does your training and nutrition look like right now? That makes a huge difference in what I'd recommend. If your goal is lean muscle with the fewest side effects, a common starting point is MK-677 + AC-262 + Slin Pills. MK-677 supports recovery and growth hormone signaling, AC-262 is generally considered one of the milder anabolic options, and Slin Pills help with nutrient partitioning around higher-carb meals. How old are you, and are you mainly looking to bulk up or do a lean recomp?
Peptide for muscle growth
What is the best peptide or stack of peptides for muscle growth?

If you're talking strictly about peptides, I'd look at IGF-1 LR3, PEG-MGF, or MGF depending on your goal. If you're trying to increase your own growth hormone naturally, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is another solid option for supporting recovery and lean muscle over time.
Knowledge Changes Everything About Gear.
Most people only hear one side of the conversation. The moment a topic becomes controversial, education often gets replaced with fear, headlines, and censorship. That makes it harder for people to separate myths from facts and make informed decisions. Whether you agree with it or not, understanding the science, the risks, and the evidence is always better than relying on misinformation. I share my perspective in this new YouTube Short. 🎥 Watch here: https://youtube.com/shorts/K9ANXSpxjyY What's your opinion? Should controversial health topics be discussed openly, or should platforms limit those conversations?

@Aaron Reed I agree that moderation and having a legitimate reason make a huge difference. Education, proper monitoring, and understanding the risks are far more important than fear or hype.
