If you’re in a lot of Skool communities, things can get messy fast.
I recently joined a new one—Manda Jackson’s Skill Soul Studio—and it reminded me why I keep things organized on my end. Here are two simple tweaks I use to stay in control:
1. Alphabetize Your Communities
This makes a bigger difference than you think.
When everything is in order, it’s way easier to:
- Find a specific community
- Leave ones you don’t need anymore
- Adjust notifications or settings quickly
Small change… big time saver.
2. Hide Communities From Your Profile
This one’s more strategic.
I prefer to keep my joined communities private.
Why?
Because when I share a community as an affiliate, I don’t want distractions or competing links sitting on my profile.
It keeps the focus where I want it:

Simple stuff—but if you’re active on Skool, this can make your life a lot easier (and a lot cleaner).
Curious—are you organizing your communities yet, or just letting them pile up? 👇
