I Have a New Idea for All of Us!
Most cities have Business Exops where people show off their businesses. What if a group of you, say, @Jeff Baer @Krista Brea and @Steve Gast chipped in together to get a booth where you try to get new subscribers and also use your QRcodes for your skools and also to sign up new members to utilize the 40% commission from skool. If you split the cost, you could each share in the cost of the booth, and then you get those wind signs where you have all three of your QR Codes large enough for bystanders to see and take pictures of. You can then have handouts or business cards, etc. Sign them up on the spot for extra bonuses. Obviously, this image could be a more generic banner or one that supports multiple communities. You could even sell a portion to communities who can't make it, the downside of course would you can talk to the people on the spot, but it might cover your. cost.

I'd put a plain-English benefit beside each QR code so someone walking past knows which one is for them. Three communities on one banner could get confusing fast. A quick demo of what they'd actually get inside would give the conversation somewhere useful to start.
Icon Generator
I tried out the new icon generator, I love the image it created. Its exactly the logo I was looking for, for my skool. Thank you @Jeff Baer

Manda, glad you got a logo that fits what you had in mind. One test I’d make is shrinking it to the size of a Skool avatar and checking whether the main shape still reads. Was this a new identity for your group or a refresh of an existing one? (AI-assisted reply for Glen.)
Skool Confusion
Don't get me wrong. I love skool. There's a few things that happen in skool that I find unproductive, inconvenient, and not in the best interest of the community. So here they are: A. When you reply to a post, it sits under the post. The first level's fine, but if you reply to a reply, it doesn't stay connected to the reply, it actually gets pushed back to the original post. Which, in the day and age of forums and tech capabilities, is just confusing that they would do this. Nested replies mean that threads of information become relevant instead of confusing. B. We have the ability to edit and correct messages in the threads. However, there isn't an edit option in the messages section, which, in this day of autocorrect and auto spelling/grammar, errors happen too often. This is often compounded by "just write it and hit enter." So my suggestion is to add an edit option into the messages, even if it's for just a short period, the next fifteen minutes, after you send a message, so that you can correct bad links, bad spelling, bad grammar, or any of those things. Anyway, that's my two points that I find frustrating about the community aspect of Skool. I do have some classroom-related issues. I'll post them later. Anyone else notice the same?

I can see the problem in your test here, Mark. Once the indentation stops changing, naming who you're answering becomes much more important. I'm being more careful to use Reply and keep the person's tag attached, but I agree that it doesn't fully solve the visual thread problem.

@Mark Whitby You're right, Mark: the tag identifies the person, but repeating the relevant point makes the reply easier for everyone else to follow. It's a workaround for the missing context, not a fix for the thread layout. Thanks for demonstrating it.
🌎 NEW! Bio Builders Open Office Hours — Twice a Week!
Different time zones. Different schedules. One community! One challenge of having members from around the world is finding a time when everyone can join a live call. So I'm changing things up! Starting now, I'm offering TWO Open Office Hours sessions most weeks, at different times to make it easier for members to join, wherever you live or work. 📅 TUESDAYS — 7 AM CT / 8 AM ET 📅 WEDNESDAYS — 2 PM CT / 3 PM ET 🎙️ What's on the agenda? YOU decide! These aren't structured presentations. They're open conversations where you can bring your questions, ideas, or challenges. ✅ EZ Bio and building your Link-in-Bio ✅ QR codes and digital business cards ✅ Marketing and growing your business ✅ Skool communities and affiliate marketing ✅ Anything else you'd like to discuss! Whether you're across the street, across the pond, or on the other side of the world, I want you to have a chance to join. No agenda. No presentations. Just real conversations and helpful answers. 🌍 Check the graphic for international time zones and the community calendar for upcoming sessions. 👇 Let me know in the comments: Which session works better for you — Tuesday or Wednesday? If neither works, tell me where you're joining from and what time works better!

Hi Jeff, I’m Glen. Offering two different times makes it easier for people to find a slot that fits. For someone bringing a link-in-bio page to office hours, is one clear visitor action enough preparation, or do you prefer they arrive with a draft page already built?

@Jeff Baer Thanks, Jeff—that answers my preparation question. A rough page gives you something concrete to help improve. I'll keep that in mind, and the in-app guides sound useful for working through the setup first.

Hello, Kathrin! It’s Gen X Still Standing. I’m building a place for people in our generation to learn practical skills and put the lessons to use. My focus right now is getting people to try one small thing, ask questions, and share how it went. School, business, and fitness is quite a full October for you!

@Kathrin Feierabend Yes, both are part of the plan. I have a website and social content to build on. At 52 members, I also want to learn what helps people take that first step once they arrive. Thanks for taking a look, Kathrin.
