BIT GROUP Team, On yesterday’s Lunch & Learn, we talked about a few important things. We talked about having a Daily Method of Operation. We talked about productivity. We talked about creating a plan and actually following it. But none of that matters if you don’t know where you’re trying to go. Let me say that again… None of it matters if you don’t know where you’re trying to go. That’s why one of the most important topics we discussed was Life Scripting. I want to encourage every single one of you to spend at least 30 minutes today—an hour if you can—and get serious about designing your life. Not your business. Not your rank. Not your next promotion. Your LIFE. What do you want your life to look like 3 years from now? 5 years from now? How much money do you want in the bank? What does your health look like? What kind of relationships do you have? Where do you live? Who are you spending your time with? How do you spend your mornings? What does a perfect day look like for you? Write it down. Don’t just think about it. Don’t just daydream about it. Put pen to paper. There is something powerful about writing things down. When you write, you’re giving direction to your mind. You’re taking something that is floating around as a thought and turning it into something real and tangible. I’ve learned that most people aren’t struggling because they’re incapable. They’re struggling because they’re unclear. They’ve never taken the time to decide exactly what they want. And if you don’t know exactly what you want, how will you know when you’re moving toward it? The truth is, we move toward what we consistently think about. We move toward what we repeatedly see. That’s why your Life Script is so important. It becomes a blueprint. A roadmap. A target. Because you can’t hit a target you can’t see. As your leader, one of the things I’m committed to doing is helping all of us think bigger, dream bigger, and become more intentional about creating the lives we truly want—not just financially, but in every area.

Countless hours of learning from some of the greatest minds in personal development, business, wealth, leadership, and spirituality. But let me tell you something… Reading books won’t change your life. Watching trainings won’t change your life. Listening to podcasts won’t change your life. ACTION changes your life. Too many people become professional information gatherers instead of professional action takers. You don’t need another notebook full of notes if you’re not going to pick up the phone. You don’t need another motivational video if you’re not going to invite the prospect. You don’t need another training if you’re not going to do the work. BIT Group, July is our month to execute!
