Are you available for the next Zoom?” Promotion Script “I need your help! I’m working toward completing an August team promotion, and one of my requirements is bringing guests to our Zoom presentations. Would you help me out by being my guest? No obligation whatsoever—I just need you to watch and give me your feedback afterward.” Invite first. Explain later. If we talk too much, people start making a decision before they’ve even seen the information.
