This space was created for women 35+ who are navigating changes in energy, weight, digestion, hormones, and overall well-being. Some of you may already know youâre dealing with perimenopausal changes, and some of you may just know that what used to work⌠doesnât anymore. Both are welcome here.
Inside this community, we focus on root-cause, functional wellness â meaning we look at why things are happening, not just how to cover them up. Youâll hear a lot about gut health, hormone balance, metabolic support, and lifestyle habits that are realistic for real life.
