There’s no one helping me..
Some of the biggest struggles come from pointing the finger at the problems and focussing on the pain but how do we stop that habit - it’s easier said than done.
But one simple way is to create a character (a vision if you like) for your ego. Really see that version of you as someone else. Then rather than blaming them or pointing the finger, you can have conversations with them.
This gives you power, understanding and a tool to use to find out things about yourself you may never have realised.
