Emotion is just an energy
When we regard emotions as a form of energy,
it becomes clear how easily a single negative feeling can undermine our daily experiences. While many people assume they are powerless to control their emotional responses or reactions to unfavorable situations, the reality is that negative energy can be managed with the same simplicity as flipping a light switch. I say this process as uncomplicated, yet not necessarily easy.
The process itself is straightforward, but putting it into practice can be difficult.
The first step is to look at emotions as energy, and that is the start of being able to separate yourself from your reaction.
