(If you're a BB40 graduate, the "how-to's" are basically the same as I give in the course, so this is just bonus listening...) Inspiration for the new year!
If you're not yet "friends" with the fabulous Mel Robbins and her podcast...oh boy, she's a goodie. Her pod is one of my faves - I listen often, especially when I want a pick-me-up.
