Oprah's recent special on "the menopause revolution"
YAY!!
We're being heard, ladies (and those who support us)!
This is a HUGE milestone in terms of making discussions of peri/menopause mainstream.
It's conversations like this that get heads turning at the highest levels, where governments (and med schools) take notice.
Thanks Oprah! What a champ.
Her interview features a bunch of Hollywood stars going through it + Dr Mary Claire Haver, THE leading menopause specialist at the forefront of the 'revolution' in North America. She's an incredible authority on the matter and deeply researched. (Her book The New Menopause is excellent in case you want to go deeper than I take you in this course on the ins and outs of hormones and hormone replacement!)
