On today’s #BelieveWalk, I was reminded to not waste time. If you take out the time you sleep every day, there’s still a lot of time every day that you could use proactively and with intention. We just spend time on too many things that don’t actually matter.
1) Wake up and get outside
2) Go for a 15 minute+ walk
3) On the walk, listen to something that helps you #Believe in yourself Try it for 30 days and your life will change.
