On today’s #BelieveWalk, I was reminded to not waste time. If you take out the time you sleep every day, there’s still a lot of time every day that you could use proactively and with intention. We just spend time on too many things that don’t actually matter.
To join the #BelieveWalk Challenge:
1) Wake up and get outside
2) Go for a 15 minute+ walk
3) On the walk, listen to something that helps you #Believe in yourself
