Gratitude...
Good Morning! I think of you often when I’m out running and always feel grateful for your coaching!! Just wanted you to know that it’s all going well!! I am slowly working my way up the levels. Sometimes I have MCAS flareups and have to take the week off but I feel great when I get back at it. I’m figuring out my own schedule but the goal for me is always to interval run more than 10 miles a week. I’m excited to get to higher levels and start signing up for races and to visit Tampa at some point. Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and your coaching! Your program gave me hope after a long and discouraging phase of illness. Thank you!!! Smiles, Brandy
Using the tools!
Felt a bit like Inspector Gadget this morning On my interval run but these tools really help. Took me forever to find the volume adjustment on the metronome and all the while it’s a simple dial on the side! Hilarious!!

5K!
This might look like a little thing, but to me, it's huge. I haven't walk/run (much less run) a 5K in about 2 years. I spent 9 months in physiotherapy for psoas and QL muscle issues from years of running. When I was ready to run again, my father had a heart attack, and I became his full time career for 9 more months. It was the longest I'd gone without running in my life since I was probably 10 years old and started running track formally. Today, I wanted to see if I could do it. And I did it. And still felt good at the end. Little steps -- eventually, I'll run this whole distance, but today, I'm better than yesterday. ♥️

250 ParkRuns - a great milestone
Today I did my 250th ParkRun. This is a recognised significant milestone in the ParkRun world. It's taken my about 12 years. 1,250km. 777miles. Feeling proud.
