🍚 15-Minute One-Pan Sweet Chili Chicken Rice Bowl
(protein + carb + veggie = DONE)
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bag microwave jasmine or brown rice
  • 1 cup frozen stir-fry veggies (or broccoli)
  • 2–3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • Optional: hot sauce, soy sauce, green onions
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.3️⃣ Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.4️⃣ Add frozen veggies straight to the pan — cook 3–4 minutes until tender.5️⃣ Microwave rice according to package instructions.6️⃣ Add rice to the pan and drizzle in sweet chili sauce. Stir everything together until coated and heated through.7️⃣ Taste and adjust — add hot sauce or soy sauce if you want extra flavor.
