Here’s a simple meal plan for this week so you don’t have to think about what to cook These are all beginner-friendly and quick meals: Meal 1: Garlic Butter Chicken + Rice +Broccoli Ingredients - Chicken breast or thighs - Garlic - Butter - Salt - Black pepper - Oil - Broccoli (optional side) - Rice (for serving) How to make it: 1. Cut the chicken into small pieces so it cooks faster 2. Season with salt and pepper 3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat 4. Add the chicken and cook until golden 5. Add garlic + butter 6.
