[Read First] Welcome to the Becoming More Me Community!
To start things off, please comment below introducing yourself. Let us know… #1 - Who are you, where are you from and how do you spend your days (what are your work and your life like?) #2 - What do you want to get out of being in this community? #3 - What do you like to do for fun, pleasure, and expansion? #4 -Do you have any prior experience working with your own energetic blockages or subconscious beliefs? If so, what have you tried? I'll go first... #1 - ✨💕✨My name is Theresa Lear Levine. I am a mom of 4 boys with ADHD and High Functioning Anxiety who turned my love of Entrepreneurship, Personal Development and Feeling better than ever into "Becoming More Me" where I get to use my skills as an EFT master practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Law of attraction mindset coach to help professional women all over the world to reclaim their power, inner peace, intuition and confidence so they can live their best life without anxiety and overwhelm. I live in Maryland with my Husband, Jeff, my 4 sons, and 2 yellow Labs! #2 - ✨💕✨What I want out of this community is to be of the utmost service... I want to connect with new friends, I want to serve our existing clients and I want to help people expand their impact, their belief in themselves and about what is possible in terms of showing up differently in their lives and getting new results and outcomes where they have previously felt stuck or challenged. Because I already know that my clients are my biggest teachers, I fully expect I will be learning and growing a TON along the way with you and because of your presence here and I'm so excited for that! #3 - ✨💕✨Fun, pleasure and expansion, I'm a huge fan of sex research and always expanding in my life sexually. I personally feel that most women undervalue pleasure and that our entire worlds change when we slow down and embrace it! I love deep conversation, relationship building activities (with my husband and kids), audiobooks and music, and am always actively learning something or getting certified in something. I'm currently writing my first book which I find fun, and I love getting outdoors and being in nature. While my schedule is busier than ever, I am making more time for slowing down and enjoying my life than I ever have before and it's non-negotiable and glorious!

THE BOOK IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!
Feeling very blessed I could listen to the kindle version through software I have for dyslexia etc, and I got through it in literally a number of hours and I can’t wait to listen again. Every sentence is relevant, every sentence is raw, and every sentence is relatable! I actually feel safer in the world because I have something tangible for the first time in my life that makes all the anxiety and difficulty okay and validated. It’s a complete bonus to then have strategies suggested to deal with it compassionately. It’s an amazing gift. You deserve everything and more that’s happened this week Theresa!! 🐹❤️

WEEK EIGHT of the FREE 8-Week Coaching Program Comments, Questions and Takeaways
This week we're talking about why it's so hard to slow down and how to overcome that since it's so important to our nervous system and ultimately, the manifestation of our intentions and goals into physical reality. Watch the training HERE. 🛍We're also talking about practical planning and book release bonuses! Mark your calendar for 11/6 for the digital release at the crazy price of 99 cents for that day only!🤑 ➡️Furthermore, if you've been interested in working with me in a 1:1 or Group Setting, there's a big announcement coming this weekend! I've always said that the community will be the first to know about these opportunities so just be on the lookout. Your Early Bird chance is COMING! ✨Ok....to the discussion! After watching the week 8 video, I'd love to hear your answers/perspectives on the following: 1. What feelings come up when you think about slowing down or actual find yourself in a place/circumstance/situation of slowness? 2. What do you believe it would it take for you to truly be able to slow down and release pain, stress, and anxiety so you can procure the ultimate environment for creation and manifestation in your life? 3. What things are just "filler" on your to-do list? What things are purposeful and transformative? How can you do more of the latter and raise your consciousness around the former? ✨FINALLY, Don't miss the BONUS week 9 that we're adding on for Next week! Enjoy! Thanks for being here! I so appreciate all of the vulnerable things you're sharing and the way you are all stepping up to this work and our discussions of the coaching videos so bravely! For example, What are some times that you betrayed yourself or people pleased? Or allowed urgency, scarcity or a lack mindset to support misaligned decisions? Money beliefs get wired in early! What are some Money Beliefs or Blocks that you are conscious of acquiring from your early life between the age of 5-10 years old? Where did you get them from? Do you need them anymore?

WEEK FOUR of the FREE 8-Week Coaching Program Comments, Questions and Takeaways
This week, I'm sharing several snippets from my new book that speak to the topic of how changing your mind changes everything. I'll be going into how I've incorporated Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and hypnotherapy into my life and coaching practices and how you can make it work for your life and business! I'm also touching on the power of the subconscious mind and how we can rewire beliefs and behaviors. This truly is work that has the potential to change everything! Let's dig in! Watch the video for week four HERE. After you've watched the Week 4 Video, please share: 1. Do you still carry trauma from the onset (or other aspects of) the Pandemic? 2. What kinds of memories, circumstances, or behaviors you experienced as a child have led you to believe certain things as an adult? 3. What are some of the beliefs, habits, or symptoms you think you might be dealing with today as a result of your past? Changing your Mind starts NOW! Can't wait to hear your answers and support you through this! PS. Know someone who would love this training? Please share the link below with them! WEEK SIX of the FREE 8-Week Coaching Program Comments, Questions and Takeaways
This week, we are exploring the things that erode our feelings of safety, and how to reclaim them. We are checking in with our shadow side, and realizing all of the ways that perhaps we have become disembodied or inauthentic in our expression. You can find the week 6 video HERE. Here are some questions to allow you to do your own deep dive into reclaiming, your feelings of safety, embodiment, and authenticity. I look forward to reading your contributions! 1. ✨On a scale of 0-10, where 10 = connected to love/source, regulated, embodied, and living from an intuitively guided space, and 0= disconnected from love/source, dysregulated, disembodied, and not leading your life intuitively or in connection with your gut, where do you feel like you are? ✨Why? ✨What would you like to see change? 2. ✨What were you doing between the ages of 5-15 that lit you up? ✨Do you still make room/time for that or something similar in your life now? If yes, how? ✨If now, would it feel good to get some of that energy back into your life and do you feel like it might contribute to your feelings of safety and embodiment? ✨What might you do to create more of it? 3. ✨What dark corners are you avoiding shining a light in/on? ✨How does it feel to avoid them? ✨Are there relationships not forming or experiencing the depth you'd like them to because you avoid expressing the shadow feelings, etc.? ✨What's at stake here for you and your relationships?

wow……
I cannot believe that it has been 25 days since I last engaged with this process!!! I had reached week 3 and felt so routined and in sync and engrossed with the process that sustaining the engagement felt concretely in place. And then……. I needed a private message nudge! And it has been so hard to orientate myself back to the process! But I’m so grateful because I need it desperately - speeding up, rabbit holes, massive shifts … all so positive but the toll on my system, as is repeated and repeated like I will learn the lesson but never do, has been significant. Pushing me into mental illness, the compulsion to just do one more thing, the neglect of working from a place of love and only being in a place of pure, torturous fear. I have accomplished so much in these 25 days it’s amazing. Yet, have I managed to enjoy and celebrate a single second of it? No…… it has all come and gone, and I’m left suffering and feeling like all I’ve put in place is insurmountable. I’m grateful though - this is the reality of ADHD and other conditions and being unregulated etc. it comes and bites you on the bum! But. It’s learning. I have the chance to go back over the resources, to reflect now..l haven’t lost anything. It’s okay. I can pull myself back even though I feel I don’t deserve it, and I can make the time. It is the typical case of how learning and healing is not linear. So, here’s to trooping on!! 🐹❤️ @Theresa Lear Levine im laughing…….. I wrote this before watching week 4 and 5!!!! And what you say couldn’t resonate any better… I Love it! xxx

WEEK FIVE of the FREE 8-Week Coaching Program Comments, Questions and Takeaways
This week, we are talking about befriending ADHD and anxiety, full circle moments that showcase the beauty of elevating our awareness and consciousness, and how comparison is a problem when it comes to relieving our suffering. After watching the week 5 video HERE, please answer and share about the following: 1. I read this excerpt from the book during the video: "Before I started regulating my nervous system and elevating my consciousness, working on goals came at the cost of feeling exhausted and void of my inner peace. It also came with a nice helping of self-judgment, criticism and really being hard on myself. I would take on too much, be a captive to my to-do list, and wouldn’t allow myself to slow down, pause, or relax. So even though I achieved some pretty amazing things before I knew it was running my programming, the outcomes of my achievements commonly failed to align with my values and fulfill me." ✨Are there things that you've accomplished or times in your life that felt like this? If so, please share about them.✨ 2. I also shared about how comparison is the thief of joy, and how all of our suffering deserves to be voiced and moved. I used the story about what my grandparents used to stay with me and talk about the starving children in Ethiopia. ✨Think of some times from your past that may have become programming in your current mindset. What are they? When do they come up for you?✨ 3. Select a Tapping session from The Private Sessions resource that will help you to address a feeling that came up from one of the previous questions, and tap it out! ✨Share which session you chose, and what transpired as you did the work.✨

Week Four Feedback
1. The pandemic was the start of a new and overwhelming chapter of my life. During that time, my husband got sick and medical care was limited due to the pandemic and precautions implemented. No one in my household got COVID, but the fear was pervasive, almost to the point of paranoia as my husband’s health deteriorated. I felt helpless to get the attention and care he needed. Then I felt guilty for not making someone listen and provide the care he needed. As hope began to wane, I felt that I could have and should have done more. In January of 2021 he passed away. There was no clear reason that his body shut down. I lost my best friend and partner of almost 37 years. To this day, I keep wondering what I could have done different to change the outcome. As a child of divorce in the 50’s, it was clear that “something was wrong.” Women stayed in bad marriages and tolerated a lot to keep the family together. My mother was my shining example of courage, strength and independence. She was a constant reminder that I could be anything I wanted to be and that boundaries were meant to be crossed. Yet under the confidence she exuded, was a mother who went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything as two parent families. Beyond the unconditional love was the material things that would define me. Designer clothing and theater tickets at a young age set the tone for my reliance on the “wrapping” to define me. While it doesn’t sound so traumatic, it was a burden I carried into adulthood. My inability at times to support the material lifestyle resulted in fluctuations in my sense of self worth. I remember one time my husband angrily pointed out my ridiculous shoe collection, many expensive shoes were unworn. I snapped back that I feel good about myself when people notice and comment on my accessories. In retrospect it was a silly retort. But in reality, the feedback about my wardrobe defined me. Despite my professional success, I wondered if I was really good enough.

Do you have a bothersome memory at the root of your anxiety or stress?
Blessed to get to do some powerful EFT with Dr. Tami West, PhD., @tamiwest1 on a bothersome memory at the root of her anxiety. ✨ People are often willing to tap on the symptoms of their anxiety or nerves, but not always willing to be vulnerable enough to go to the root cause, where we can do the most shifting and healing. 💕 I applaud Dr. West for her willingness to share about this. As someone whose mission is to help others become mentally and emotionally healthy, she walks her talk! 🙌🏻 If you suffer from anxiety and have any inkling about what the root causes might be, this could be really relatable and translatable session for you to check out as well. ➡️You can get access to the entire session and tips for personalizing it for yourself HERE. You can also check out the episode we recorded together for the Podcast, Consider Yourself Hugged, wherever you listen to pods!

My response to: Week3: Flipping the Switch on Scarcity
Hi @Theresa Lear Levine here are my responses/notes to week 3, not even up to the homework segment yet haha!!: Context Overall, this video really resonated with me. I have set myself quite a significant challenge this month (October), which is to reclaim a year of my life, a day. So by the end of the month I have at least taken a significant glimpse into each year of my life, short by just a few. I am acknowledging the trauma, but also the narrative I want my own life to be. I am going back to reclaim my inner child. Yesterday, I returned to being born. Today I was dealing with my first 12 months. I used meditation to find my inner child. I found her, a day old. She was not in a good way (I won’t mention how graphically sad it was as it may not be the appropriate forum in which to do this), but she was revived by me and I have HER, unconditionally from this point on she will be getting everything she so desperately needed.. from me. This trauma challenge is being solely guided by me. It came as quite an impulsive thought in my mind, but I feel the work and community I’m engaging with here has something significantly to do with the fact that, aged 34, I feel I can all of a sudden do this after a decade of being very poorly. It is absolutely mind blowing!!!! It will change my ENTIRE life. I mean. Today I received a job offer………that in itself. I say no more 🙏🥰❤️🐹 From listening to the week three video: - I first saw “we’re flipping the switch”, and I was SO onboard already. As I have been bogged down in sorting my income streams out from both self employed and casual employed employment. I essentially put to my managers I have recently realised I need to flip the entirety of what I’m doing and go onto one main permanent contract. This is now in motion :) I am learning to ask for what I want and need. - I had to think about “flipping the switch on scarcity” and what this might mean. I have a “poverty mindset”, believing I have nothing financially. I felt it so useful to draw the parallels between “a poverty mindset” and “a lack mindset”, both being debilitating, and causing such negativity, pain, and suffering. For me the “poverty mindset” is focused on money only. To have “a lack mindset”, this seems to penetrate everywhere and anywhere, and seems very, very difficult to challenge (apologies if I’m wrong).

WEEK THREE of the FREE 8-Week Coaching Program Comments, Questions and Takeaways
This week, we’re flipping the switch on scarcity and lack as we explore what happens when we nurture our awareness and it begins to grow! This is literally how I've grown my 6 fig. coaching biz without undue stress or overwhelm! (and, in my past, I've built 6 fig businesses WITH undue stress and overwhelm, too, so I can really appreciate the difference this time around!) ;) We’re getting into some EFT Tapping together this week, too! Watch the Week Three video HERE. After you've watched the Week 3 Video, please share: 1. Where are you letting Scarcity and Lack creep in and Run the Show? 2. Where does the switch need to be flipped in your current narratives so that you can feel more abundant and develop a knowing that what you most desire is available to you? 3. Go over to The Private Sessions resource in the classroom and choose a session to do. There are currently more than 55 to choose from! Tell me the title of the video you watched and tapped along with and what your number was at the beginning and end as well as all of the "AHA" moments you had as you worked through the tapping round (aka. new perspectives, feelings that came up or shifted, differences from beginning to end, etc.). Each video in the private sessions resource gives detailed instructions. Have fun flipping the switch and discovering new things about yourself this week! Can't wait to hear your answers and support you through this! PS. If you know a woman who would benefit from this group and coaching, please send her the link below to invite her to join our group! We are a new a growing community and it's a beautiful time to be part of it! Hypnosis for Headaches?
@tashablank granted me permission to share this beautiful testimony in regards to some hypnotherapy we recently completed to address her recurring headaches. ✨My aim is always to understand my clients and meet them where they are as best as I am capable, so when Tasha mentioned how “seen” the audio that I created for her made her feel, I had tears in my eyes and a smile on my face! Plus, 3x in a row, girl!? 😳It must be good! 😂 Who am I kidding?? I do the same thing with a good hypnosis track! 😉 I’m so grateful to be able to share this because the way that her hypnosis audio made her feel and began transforming things for her is the gold standard for me as a therapist. Nothing makes me happier than when “the work” is working and my clients are “working it”. Thank you 🙏🏻 for allowing others to have this little window into what “this work” can be like, Tasha! ✨💕✨Deeply appreciating you, too! 😊

My response to: Week2: How to Compassionately Quit Procrastinating
Hi @Theresa Lear Levine here are my responses: 1. - How to compassionately “rest” (just to be oppositional haha) - “Procrastination” v procrastination because of undiagnosed conditions, SpLD’s… there will be a reason. This is why ripping off the Bandaid hurts, but can be so, so life changing - Saying yes, over no. How so much work needs to be done to get to this point where I’m saying yes to this course. - “Can make decisions only from love (intuition) and fear (procrastination)” - I am not the only one with ADHD writing issues, massive resistance, all wrapped in anxiety :) - “The feeling proceeds the actions/manifestation of what we’re trying to bring into the world”. Beauty of the day… family.. food..= so important to writing - Importance of feeling ready, peeling back the layers - Importance of flow of consciousness, and it releasing judgement/criticism/flack out of the body and mind. 2. - PhD…. I’d like 30k of words by end of year. I have had significant (over a decade+) of difficulty due to undiagnosed ADHD and SpLD’s. I have started writing this year, and I’m currently near 16k. The total word count is 80-100k. 3. - Paralysing anxiety/avoidance - I can feel physically drained from just thinking about it, so I will think I need to “rest”, and rest and rest… before to do it - I will not read feedback from my supervisor. My mental health worker has been trying for weeks to get me to a point where she can read them to me. Tomorrow we will meet in a cafe to do if. I think I have rejection sensitivity dysphoria. It is quite debilitating to be so fearful of what might not even be negative feedback. 4. - Keep to the aim of 150 words a day and taking all the extra words coming, even if they are just draft form. Get past the perfectionism blocking action and productivity. - Acknowledge nervous system dysregulation - Be more compassionate toward how I’m feeling, and not beat myself up for feeling fearful
