As a New Jersian I am beyond excited for the AVP to be coming back to our area!! The AVP is the professional league for beach volleyball and on May 29th-31st some of the best players in the country will be competing right here in Belmar!! Has anyone ever been to an AVP event or plan on going to one???

Hey everyone, I’m curious what’s one goal you have for volleyball this year? Could be anything, feel free to dive deep and share as many as you want! For me I’m looking to play in some “AVP Next” events. These are not the official AVP events where the pros play but it’s a way to earn AVP points and play some solid teams! AVP points can be used to enter the big tournaments!! Second, Im looking to take better care of my body by doing more stretching and injury preventive exercises. Lastly, I want to incorporate more drills into my practices rather than just playing standard games. Games are great but drills are the secret sauce to getting to the next level!
