Brand new to making sourdough— excited for the possibilities!

Baking with home-ground flour for a few months, and now incorporating sourdough. I love seeing people get excited about delicious, healthy food.

New to sourdough baking. I will be making 1 or 2 loaves a week and was drawn to Sandra's efficient, organized methods.
