Wait what?
I think we all know about the dangers of BPA and how receipts have unbound BPA on their surface to help with thermal printing.
We all learned to decline cashiers when they hit you with the 'ol "here's the receipt!"
The problem is that when there are so many little dangers and toxins out there, and constant social media warnings - it becomes exhausting!
At what point do you just need to stay home in an insulated bubble?
In my view, the stress of staying healthy can become a source of pain.
But being healthy was never supposed to be a burden:
it was supposed to be a self-reinforcing life-long habit
All this to say, if you feel stressed by your "health responsibilities", let it go
Here's a funny quote: Your body isn't a temple, it is an amusement park: you're just here for the ride!
At the end of the day, I just want to work on cool projects that help and delight people.
That's it. Easy Peasy.
And I hope you can do the same.
Regards,
KR
PS: Don't actually touch receipts just for the sake of it π
