Tonight my husband & I hit the gym for an hour - doing a slight warm up workout - because we haven’t worked out in so long. It felt like I was home again. Got in a pretty decent workout - for not working out for so long. Can’t wait until next weekend. ❤️📣

New workout in the classroom tab at top of page. It’s a gym workout but I will be doing a living room one tomorrow and posting it. If you have access to a gym then you should be able to do the workout I posted. Have fun!

Abs workout
So one of my issues is my stomach, I can’t do traditional crunches anymore due to vertigo. What is a good way to modify to get same results safely?
