I cooked
I finally made a home cooked meal for the first time since probably August lol. Usually my boyfriend cooks so that’s helpful. But I made chicken soup and lentils. It’s been nice knowing I’m getting my fiber in with the lentils.

I’ve been avoiding the scale ever since Veteran’s Day because I’ve been yoloing and eating everything on vacation. However I’ve been toning down how much I eat lately hoping it would even out. Today on the scale I remained at my target weight! Woohoo
2 wins. Hockey & workout.
Ducks beat the kings, got an upper body workout and an hour on the treadmill to a broadway strut playlist. 🙌
Another week in the books
Another week of tracking my macros and calories. Another week of daily weigh ins Another week of consistent workouts Happy to report I’m down again over all on the scale. Still making progress, because the goal is progress over perfection. 👍🏻 Thanksgiving is in a few days. It’s one day…it’s not going to derail ALL the progress I’d made thus far.
