2026 fitness goals
2025 was a great year for my fitness goals, 2026 is gonna be even better!
  1. Defeat my arch nemesis: The Standing Back Tuck
  2. 1 minute handstand (legs together, no walking)
  3. Lose 20 lbs without disordered eating behavior
  4. Track weightlifting gains
  5. Eliminate rotator cuff pain by staying on top of my exercises
  6. Climb more V3s, maybe hit a V4 🫣
  7. Bonus skills to work on more: Cast to handstand, rope climb without using feet, one armed handstand, stalder press to handstand
