Lil man joined the high school MTB team (middle school group)… he also loves practicing jumps… I did NOT have any cake… as yummy as it looks I’ve been surprisingly well behaved ☺️ #goals

There’s an app for iPhone called Mark Off that makes it super easy to track your daily habits. You can even track multiple habits at once if you choose the “Activity” calendar. Being able to see it like this can make it really easy to see where we’re struggling but also see our streaks and where we can start gaining some momentum. And it’s free! I wasn’t able to find it for android, but I did find an app called Check Calendar that’s similar, but it’s $3.99. If anyone else has any other apps they use feel free to put them in the comments!
